Yes, we automatically backup all sites every 24-hours on our server. However, it is the client’s responsibility to back up their own websites when updates are made and we recommend saving a copy of your backup file to your own PC and/or storage device. We also offer Site Management services.
Please click “CLIENT | SIGN IN” in the upper-right corner of the site. You can access your email while logged into your account. If you have a WordPress site, you can usually access email by going to www.yourdomain.com/webmail
Yes. There are many different ways to help make your website more secure. For WordPress sites we recommend WordFence Security in addition to using strong passwords and keeping them secure on a jump drive, on paper or in an offline computer. You can also purchase and install an SSL certificate to further secure your website.
If your website has been hacked, please call us at (858) 522-9586 for assistance. This is one of the reasons it is critical to keep a current backup of your website in cPanel® AND also a copy on your local PC or external drive. Don’t panic – we are here to help. 🙂
